Fnatic Strikes Deal With VPN Service Provider HMA for LoL Academy Team

Virtual Private Network service provider HideMyAss (HMA) has partnered with Fnatic to support its academy League of Legends roster

Because of the deal, fans will see HideMyAss running advertisements and promotions for Fnatic Rising and hosting giveaways while Fnatic will feature HideMyAss' logo on their jersey.

Fnatic Rising competes in UK League Championship, popularly known as UKLC. UK League Championship is a premier League of Legends tournament in the UK and Ireland. The prestigious tournament is being run by tournament operator Dreamhack after previous operator LVP withdrew from that region.

According to a report, HMA (HideMyAss) partnered with Fnatic because both companies are based in London. However, Fnatic's winning record in the European League of Legends was another reason. The main roster of the team has won 7 out of 14 European titles they competed for.

2020 has been a busy and super exciting year for team Fnatic. They announced a rebrand, partnerships with UNICEF and PCSpecialist, and renewed a deal with Esports Charts this year.

Fnatic Rising will compete against BT Excel, Barrage Esports, Demise, Enclave Gaming, MnM Gaming, NVision Esports, and Phelan Gaming in the 2020 spring season.
