Arrowhead Game Studios revealed a new major order for Helldivers 2, tasking players with constructing a massive Democracy Space Station through four construction phases. This new directive will introduce a significant cooperative building effort in Helldivers 2, giving players another way to contribute to the Helldivers’ intergalactic campaign and make major progress for democracy if they succeed. 

The plot of Helldivers 2 revolves around an endless interplanetary war between humankind's adversaries, who seek to destroy Super Earth, and those who want to spread democracy throughout the galaxy. Players advance in the galactic war by completing time-limited communal objectives known as big orders, which guarantee the Helldivers' triumph over their adversaries. In Helldivers 2, completing these key commands advances the plot as players advance in the continuous struggle for liberty throughout the galaxy and provides them with a common objective to strive for.

Helldivers 2 presented a brand-new, challenging mission for supporters of democracy: creating a Democracy Space Station over the course of four building stages. In order to build a cutting-edge Xenoentomology Centre and create technologies capable of transporting gigastructures like the Democracy Space Station, the first goal is to free Turing from its alien occupants. After completing this significant order in Helldivers 2, players will be able to gaze up and immediately observe the space station's building progress, as the structure will already be visible in Gaellivare's orbit.

There will be four stages to the station's construction, each of which will open up new amenities or features. With its potent Helldiver-directed armament, the Democracy Space Station will be a new strategic weapon used by Super Earth in its conflict with the aliens. Though the specifics of the Democracy Space Station's characteristics haven't been disclosed yet, once it's finished, Helldivers 2 gamers may have access to a new and potent tactic to employ in their battles with extraterrestrials.

Helldivers 2 still receives updates every eight months that bring new weaponry, content, and quality-of-life enhancements to players. In addition to this new major order, players' requests for a medic build in the game led to the introduction of a new Stim Pistol in Helldivers 2. As creator Arrowhead Game Studios appears to be listening to its community and continuing to refine its humorous first-person shooter, fans of democracy may look forward to further updates for Helldivers 2 in the upcoming months.
