Genshin Impact frequently collaborates with fast food restaurants and chains worldwide, showcasing specific menu items that are inspired by the distinctive foods and beverages seen in the game. In-game incentives like Primogems and limited-edition cosmetics are also a part of these partnerships, and players can only obtain them by making purchases. According to Genshin Impact, the company has only worked on a few tech partnerships in the past. Companies like Razer and Xiaomi provided freebies and customized products.

In an official worldwide PC gaming gear collection, Genshin Impact and Logitech G, a gaming brand under Logitech, collaborated on this latest project.
