The Dota 2 powerhouse OG has once again reshaped its roster, this time summoning the prowess of South American sensation Timado to spearhead their ambitions in DreamLeague Season 22. The winds of change have been sweeping through OG's camp as the 2024 season unfolds, prompting the organization to orchestrate significant alterations within its Dota 2 ensemble.

Yuragi, the linchpin of the squad's position one, now assumes an inactive role, paving the path for the arrival of Timado, formerly adorned in the colors of TSM, who steps in as the interim replacement. While the decision on Yuragi's permanent successor hangs in the balance, OG's urgency to secure a stand-in gains momentum, given the jam-packed Dota 2 calendar teeming with third-party extravaganzas this year. Timado's induction received the seal of approval as he officially enlisted for the DreamLeague Season 22 campaign.

The anticipation surrounding Timado's integration into OG's fold has been palpable among fans, with conjectures swirling long before the official announcement of his temporary enlistment for DreamLeague S22. OG had earlier bolstered its ranks with the acquisition of SA offlaner Wisper at the onset of the 2024 Dota 2 season, who has showcased promise in the initial months of collaboration. With the dearth of available position-one players in the free agency pool and OG already housing a South American gem, Timado emerged as the pragmatic choice. While his addition is currently touted as a stopgap measure, the prospect of a permanent tenure looms large, particularly given Timado's unattached status.

Amidst the alternatives looming on OG's horizon, the likes of Watson, celebrated for his remarkable feats in the 2023 Dota 2 circuit, and Satanic, a prodigious talent at the tender age of 16, stand out. Yet, Timado's seasoned tenure in the cutthroat arena of competitive Dota 2 renders him the safer bet, at least for the interim phase.

Timado's journey embarks from a contract denouement with TSM, starting the new season alongside his teammates from Team Undying. However, the trajectory took an unforeseen turn when the erstwhile TSM Dota 2 cohort, subsequently assimilated by Tundra in December 2023, disintegrated after a solitary tournament appearance.
