Diving into her unique kit, Xianyun, Liyue's beloved Adaptus, emerges wielding the Anemo vision and a Catalyst as her weapon of choice. The rumors circulating the beta unveil a significant overhaul to her role, positioning her as a versatile healer and damage buffer with a penchant for plunge attacks. These changes are poised to redefine her gameplay upon the official launch of Genshin Impact 4.4.

The beta leaks, primarily disseminated by the meticulous CroiX, provide a comprehensive look at the impending modifications to Xianyun's core abilities. Unlike her initial iteration, the beta version withdraws the crowd control effect from Xianyun's elemental skill after its third activation. In its place, a strategic buff named "Wind Plume" takes center stage, amplifying critical rates for allies during plunge attacks, with a cumulative potential of up to four times. Additionally, the third activation guarantees the generation of five energy particles, regardless of the talent level.

A deeper dive into the elemental burst reveals an augmentation in plunging shockwave damage post-casting, soaring from 170% to 180%. Consequently, the total achievable damage through this method escalates to an impressive 9000 from the previous 8500. Further magnifying the transformation, Xianyun's C2 talent undergoes a substantial boost, elevating plunge shockwave damage from 306% to an astounding 360%. This enhancement translates into a remarkable surge in maximum damage, ascending from 15,300 to an impressive 18,000.
