Team SouL's journey through the Skyesports Championship 5.0 BGMI was marked by ambition, resilience, and a few bumps along the way. In the grand scheme of things, the tournament witnessed the rise of Blind Esports as champions, stealing the spotlight. Team SouL, despite being a fan favorite, secured a respectable fourth position. Sid, in a candid Instagram story, took the opportunity to dissect the team's journey.

Sid didn't mince words when he addressed Team SouL's performance as "disappointing." It's evident that the team had set their sights on the top spot and approached the competition with unwavering determination. While they fell short of that goal, Sid highlighted that their performance wasn't "super bad," implying that they still had moments to be proud of.

Some fans voiced their opinion that Team SouL should have aimed for the runner-up position, but Sid clarified the team's competitive mindset. Team SouL doesn't settle for second place; their goal is always victory. Sid emphasized that, in their view, there's little difference between finishing second and fifteenth, except for the prize money.

Acknowledging their shortcomings, Sid pinpointed the mistakes made by Team SouL during the initial stages of the event. He believed that their fate could have taken a different turn if they hadn't faltered in two to three games on the first day. This self-awareness and determination to learn from their errors are the qualities that can propel Team SouL to greater heights in future competitions.

As Skyesports Championship 5.0 concluded, another opportunity emerged on the horizon for Team SouL – the Upthrust Esports Diwali Battle 2023. This upcoming event, scheduled for November 7th and 8th at Koramangala Indoor Stadium, Bengaluru, offers a substantial INR 35,00,000 prize pool. It's a chance for Team SouL to turn their learnings into victories and chase their dreams once again.
