With the upcoming Fresh Season just around the corner, Splatoon 3 is continuing to tease new improvements to the game, and the newest special weapon, Super Chump, has just been unveiled. Players can begin experimenting with a variety of new weapons and kits that will be included with the Splatoon 3 special on March 1.

The Super Chump is a brand-new special weapon that was introduced by the Twitter account. a device that tricks unsavoury campers by launching fake bombs that look like Super Jump points. A highly original concept that messes with what players of Splatoon have been accustomed to doing (camping enemy Super Jump points).

Many fans are pleased about the new appearance and decorations, but a brand-new unique weapon is also joining the fight. Fans speculated whether the unnamed Super Chump, which had previously been teased, would be a bomb or a unique weapon. The development team has now explained how it functions. The Super Chump may be used to cover a large area with a stream of blue bomb-like decoys with smiling faces when a user's special charge metre is full. The Super Chump decoys all burst after a predetermined amount of time, damaging anyone nearby and dispersing the player's ink.

Yet, in the heat of combat, a little period of occupying a certain region may be all that is needed to change the course of the war, especially in modes like Splat Zones. The Super Chump decoys can be destroyed by opponent players who attack them. The fact that these explosives are meant to confound and disorient adversaries is arguably the most intriguing. The Super Chump decoys display the same signs as a player using their Super Jump when they are shot. Using this special might be able to conceal their arrival or keep them safe when they do land, as Super Jumping players are frequently splashed upon landing.

The N-Zap '89 and Clash Blaster Neo, which will use Autobombs and Curling Bombs as their secondary weapons, respectively, have the Super Chump special announced as of right now. Other weapons like the Sploosh-o-Matic, Tri-Slosher, Rapid Blaster, and others are also getting new variations, though their whole kits haven't yet been revealed. After the update, players will need to be alert while they adjust to these new weapons, whether they're using one themselves or being targeted by them, due to Super Chump decoys and Kraken Royale
