Skylightz Gaming won the BattleGrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) for the first time, defeating TSM by three points in a fiercely contested final between 16 teams. Skylightz were the underdogs going into the BGIS. No one expected them to win the championship despite the presence of significantly superior teams such as GodL, TSM, and others. They, on the other hand, had different plans. They astonished everyone by coming second in the BGIS semifinals and then going on to win the grand finals with a consistent performance. The squad finished second in the VE Winter Masters and Skyesports Grand Slam 2022, in addition to winning BGIS 2021. In addition, the squad finished second in the Red Bull M.E.O season 4: India.

Skylightz Gaming is an Esports group based in Singapore. It primarily participates in Mobile Esports in South Asia and the Southeast Asian region. It now has two PUBG Mobile squads (one each in Nepal and Indonesia), as well as one roster in Free Fire and BGMI.
