Popular Twitch streamer Imane Annys also known as Pokimane, surprisingly found herself agreeing to Mizkif's opinion who believes that female streamers have an easy way to gain 100 plus viewers on the platform.

Recently, Mizkif reacted to an old video of Pokimane giving random tips to the aspiring streamers on how to make more views and gain more followers, and he said that women have an easier time gaining 100-200 viewers than the men who would arguably take years to even break double-digit viewership figures.

Pokimane is one of Twitch's top 20 most-followed broadcasters. Agreeing to his opinion, Pokimane said,“I would say, from what I’ve seen, I don’t think he’s wrong. When you have 100 viewers or less, there are so many channels that when you’re a girl, you stand out because there’s just less girls than guys on this platform.”

"It is not fair for women when it comes to (streaming). Women have a much easier time getting that initial one to two hundred viewers. I'm sorry, it's just the truth," Mizkif said. The Twitch star continued, adding that it's "way easier" for women to establish their following of viewers than men.

Meanwhile, Pokimane criticized xQc’s comment of "parasocial viewers" after he reacted to Mizkif’s remarks. Recently, xQc responded by saying that women who cater to parasocial viewers suffer from lower viewers as the chatters eventually stop as the streamers start to grow. “That’s just how it is when you start streaming,” Pokimane said. “If you only have 10 viewers, you’re giving a lot of attention to those 10 people, right?” “However, when guys are watching a girl and she gets more popular, some of them will get bitter that they aren’t getting that same level of attention,” she added.
