The demo for 'Kirby and the Forgotten Land' is now available on Nintendo's eShop

Owners of the Nintendo Switch may now download a demo version of Kirby's first-ever 3D adventure from the eShop. This sample allows players to finish the first three levels of Kirby and the Forgotten Land, giving them a decent taste of what to anticipate from the full game. In addition, the opening few sequences show how Kirby came to be on a forgotten island.

Kirby awakens in a strange land to find the Waddle Dees being kidnapped by the Beast Pack in this 3D platforming adventure. Kirby sets out with Elfilin, whom he meets in the new realm, to save the Waddle Dees, Kirby possesses a variety of talents that allow him to fight enemies and navigate 3D settings. In a world where nature and a bygone civilization have merged, you'll confront a variety of platforming difficulties. When you set out to release the Waddle Dees, you'll discover them imprisoned at the conclusion of each stage's goal point. You'll also want to explore every nook and cranny in order to save as many Waddle Dees as possible.

Mouthful Mode, for those unfamiliar, allows Kirby to swallow objects such as cars, vending machines, water balloons, and more, providing him new ways to traverse the regions. Car Mouth, Vending Machine Mouth, and Cone Mouth are all featured in the sample. Each level has an easy and challenging option, allowing players to switch things up depending on their mood. Furthermore, the sample concludes with the first boss encounter, providing fans an idea of the boss-level difficulty.

The game also supports co-op, with the second player controlling Bandana Waddle Dee, who can wield his spear to perform a variety of assaults.
