If you are a fan of DC games, then you would have definitely heard about the upcoming DC game, Gotham Knights. There is a significant amount of hype around it currently. Recently, a playtest for the game was made available on Steam. However, just after a short amount of time, the listing got removed from Steam. However, it is still present in SteamDB, you can check it out by clicking here. And, from what we have heard from PCGamesN, one person also played it. PCGamesN also states that Gotham Knight takes a whopping 82.5 GB of storage space. So, a massive game size by every yardstick.

What does this mean?

Well, when it comes to official announcements or information from the developer, there is not much that we have in terms of a release date, or even a playtest. However, the fact that a playtest was actually listed on Steam, definitely leads us to believe that a playtest is indeed coming soon. There are also chances for a public playtest for Gotham Knights happening sometime soon. Not to mention, this also indicates that the game is more or less ready, and should be released soon.

When will Gotham Knights release?

Just as we stated above, there is no official information out there about the release date of Gotham Knights currently. But, due to the playtest that we saw on Steam, it is quite plausible that the release is indeed not very far. However, that is just an assumption from our side.

Batman Arkham games have always been quite fun to play, especially if you are a fan of hand-to-hand combat, not to mention, using the grappling hook has always been very fun. With the later releases, we also witnessed a massive, and gorgeous open world. Anyway, that is a different topic for a different day. Currently, there are no signs of an upcoming Batman Arkham game, and Gotham Knights is the closest thing that we have to a Batman Arkham game currently.

Gotham Knights is an upcoming open-world, ARPG title that is set to release sometime this year. Just as the name suggests, this game is based in Gotham, and, revolves around popular supporting allies of Batman, Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl, and Red Hood. In Gotham Knights, Batman has somehow died, and that has caused crime rates in Gotham to increase significantly, Now, it is the supporting members of Batman’s team, who are tasked with restoring justice to Gotham.
