The much-awaited expansion for Destiny 2, The Witch Queen is finally here. The players will finally be able to fight against Savathûn and her Lucent Hive that have the power of the Light. Anyway, The Witch Queen is touted to be the best, and also the largest expansion in a Destiny game ever. So, there is a lot to look forward to with The Witch Queen for the players. Well, since it is a new expansion, there will obviously be a new Raid as well. And, that is what we are going to be talking about here.

Well, the new raid is not live yet. But, it will be live on March 5, so you have around 10 days or so to get yourself to the appropriate power level to take on the newest Raid in Destiny 2. But, what is the name of this new Raid, and what will it be revolving around? The new raid for The Witch Queen is called Vow of the Disciple. Bungie has described this in one press release as well. The description from Bungie states that this raid will be taking place within a sunken Pyramid that lies in the swamps of Savathûn’s Throne World. The Guardians will have to gather their Fireteam and face the ancient danger that lies within.

Now, if you have played Destiny, or know a bit about the last few seasons. You should know that Savathûn is currently the main adversary. And, in the last expansion, Beyond Light, the Guardians for the first time ever got to harness the power of Darkness, via the new subclass called Stasis. It was the Pyramid that granted us these Darkness powers. The Darkness has been described as a villain for a long. So, it will be quite interesting to see how it all plays out. Not to mention, since the Pyramid is in the Throne World of Savathûn herself.

Well, we already talked about the release date of this new raid, which is March 5, 2022. That is the next Saturday. When it comes to specific timings it will be 10 AM PST / 1 PM EST / 6 PM MT, and for Indian Standard Time, that is 11:30 PM. So, yes, you would have to wait around 10 more days to finally be able to play the new raid. Meanwhile, you should get your Light Power level as high as you can. After all, with all this wait, you would not want your power level to stop you from playing the new raid, Vow of the Disciple, right?
