Raven Software has been working hard to keep the new map and season up to date, with two updates in the last 12 hours.

Raven Software's latest Warzone map, Caldera, as well as the Pacific patch, was only released a week ago. Raven Software has continuously delivered short hotfixes and balancing updates since the introduction of the new update.

Raven Software released two Call of Duty Warzone patches in a single day. Nerfs to Automaton were the focus of the initial update. In the second update of the day, the Automaton was hammered once more, with recoil increases for the BAR, STG44, Cooper Carbine, and MG42.
Several bug fixes and modifications to weapon spawning were also included in the update, as well as improvements to ground loot, supply crates, and contract prizes. Collision repairs, placeholder graphics appearing in-store package previews, difficulties with the Focus Gun Perk, and a slew of other issues have all been addressed.

These sweeping patches also impacted the recoil and balancing of countless guns. Virtually every weapon, including shotguns, sniper rifles, ARs, LMGs, handguns, and more. Raven Software's commitment to this new map and version of the long-running battle royale can be seen in its patching efforts. Raven Softwares, which has been chastised for its passive behavior and the prevalence of hackers in public matches, appears to be adopting a new strategy that emphasizes swift replies and openness.
These massive patches are just one of many, players should expect frequent game updates and possibly more multi-hotfix days like the one we saw today.
