Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla’s free history discovery DLC, which is also free, is coming today, and as for the exact timings that have now been revealed. For those of you who are unaware, Discovery Tour: Viking Age is a Discovery Tour mode for Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, just as the name suggests. And, this is a standalone title. Those who do not have the game can also get it, but they would have to purchase it by paying for it. But, for those with Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, they would be getting it for no additional cost. 

In this discovery tour, players can freely navigate and explore the maps of Norway and Anglo-Saxon England and learn about the history of both countries. Unlike previous installments that employed the use of guided tours, Discovery Tour: Viking Age will allow players to take on the roles of various characters and go on missions with the goal of bringing them closer to the material by placing them in the center of it.

But, what are the release timings? That is what you all are here for right? Well, let’s get into that then. Discovery Tour: Viking Age will be available on the same time on both platforms for PC, Epic Games Store, and Ubisoft Connect. As said before, it would be released on October 19, and as for the timings, it is 5 AM PDT or 8 AM EDT or 1 PM BST. So, that is around 5 PM IST on October 19. However, for those who do not have the game and will be purchasing it separately the timings are different. On Ubisoft Connect the purchase can be done starting at 2 AM PDT or 5 AM EDT or 10 AM BST, which translates to around 2 PM IST. However, on Epic Games Store, the purchase can be made starting 8 AM PDT or 11 AM EDT or 4 PM BST, which is like 8 PM IST.

On console, the paid, standalone version is not available for now, as the Discovery Tour will be exclusive for PC till 2022. So, the timing on the consoles, and Stadia is not as messed up, and it will be available for all of these platforms on October 19 at 5 AM PDT or 8 AM EDT or 1 PM BST, which is like 5 PM IST.
