Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is something that many people have been hyped for quite some time. It was officially announced a few days ago by Rockstar Games and since then many people have started wondering when will the game release, what will be the price, etc. Well, for release all we do know for now is that it would indeed be released by the end of this year, and would be available on PC, Xbox One, Series S/X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and even the Nintendo Switch. But, for PC it will only be available via the Rockstar Games Launcher for now. And, the listings for the original versions would also be removed from platforms such as Steam.

But, the exact release date is not out there yet. Anyway, another question is about the pricing. And, now it seems that the pricing has been revealed as well. However, it is not official, so take it with a huge grain of salt. These leaks have come earlier today from the new listings that are found on base.com. Base.com is an online entertainment retailer that deals in games, movies, music, etc. According to the leaks, the pricing seems to be dependent on the platform. So, last generation consoles such as the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 have different pricing, and the newer ones such as the PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S/X have different pricing as well. For the older generation consoles, the price is around 59.99$ USD. And, for newer generation consoles it is being sold at a 10$ premium, resulting in a price tag of 69.99$ USD.

Pricing for the PC version cannot be found on base.com as there are no listings for it. However, I believe it should be priced at 69.99$ which is similar to what it is priced for newer generation consoles. However, that is just speculation. In fact, even the prices that we see on base.com are not confirmed by Rockstar, so, nothing can be said for sure. But, given the price tags that publishers mostly use on modern AAA games, this price tag seems quite legit to be honest.

So, what remains to be seen is if the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is indeed priced as we see here, or is it different. That is something only time will tell. But, we should be knowing soon, considering the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is supposed to be released this very year itself.
