This defeat effectively halts Liquid's impressive streak of eight consecutive Major attendances, casting a shadow over their recent endeavors.

The team's transformation, orchestrated merely three months ago amid the tumultuous backdrop of Counter-Strike's offseason, was spearheaded by the acquisition of seasoned talent such as Casper “cadiaN” Møller from Heroic.
