The announcement came via the official Alliance account on Feb. 3, revealing that Yuki would conclude his journey with the team during the EMEA Pro League on Feb. 4, followed by the Asia Apex Festival showmatch. From there, he will transition into a substitute role, leaving the Apex community eagerly anticipating the revelation of his successor.

Yuki's impact on the competitive Apex Legends landscape has been profound since the game's release in 2020. Having played for five professional teams, his longest tenure with Alliance has come to an end, marking his first-ever break from the cutthroat battle royale scene.

Joining Alliance in 2021, Yuki swiftly became a pivotal player, replacing Kha “iPN” Nguyen and propelling the team to back-to-back second-place finishes in EMEA’s Pro League and Playoffs. The squad's LAN debut at the 2022 Championship, securing an eighth-place position, solidified Alliance as a force to be reckoned with in the competitive circuit.
