Recap of BMPS 2023 League Stage Week 1 Day 1 - Group Blue 

Here is the match-wise recap of what happened on the first day of BMPS 2023.

Match 1 - Erangel - Group 1 and 2:

In the opening clash on Erangel, the battlefield witnessed Team Soul's spectacular 2v4 turnaround against Road To Glory (RTG). Akshat “Akshat” Goel and Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal showcased resilience in the final circle, securing the chicken dinner with 23 points. RTG, Big Brother Esports, and Entity delivered commendable performances, each scoring 17 points. The match set a thrilling tone for the day, leaving fans on the edge of their seats.

Match 2 - Miramar - Group 5 and 6:

As the battleground shifted to Miramar, the emerging force, UP50, made a grand entrance, securing a 19-point chicken dinner. Although UP50 claimed the victory, GenxFM and BloodRose outscored them with 23 and 22 points, respectively. Insidious from GenxFM stood out with seven solo finishes, and 7 Shore also displayed prowess, accumulating 17 points. Medal Esports marked a solid start to their day with 15 points, setting the stage for fierce competition.

Match 3 - Sanhok - Group 2 and 5:

 In the Sanhok showdown, Reckoning Esports showcased strategic prowess, securing a 24-point chicken dinner. 7 Shore maintained momentum with back-to-back strong performances, accumulating 18 points in the match. AutoBotz Esports contributed significantly with 17 points, while Team Soul continued their momentum from the first match, scoring 13 points. RTG and GenxFM faced early eliminations with zero points, adding an element of unpredictability to the event.

Match 4 - Vikendi - Group 1 and 3:

Hydra Esports asserted dominance on Vikendi, securing their first chicken dinner with a staggering 29 points, including 14 finish points. Starboy and Duora op emerged as the stars for Hydra Esports, clinching five and four finishes, respectively. Claw secured the second position with 15 points, while FFE and ORB secured the third and fourth spots with 12 points each. Team X Spark and WSB Gaming faced early eliminations with four points each, adding intensity to the evolving narrative.

Match 5 - Erangel - Group 3 and 6:

In the final match of the day on Erangel, Team X Spark secured a last-minute chicken dinner, accumulating 23 points. Team TMZ and UP50 secured the second and third positions with 16 points each. FLY showcased teamwork and secured the fourth spot with 12 points, while ORB claimed the fifth position with 11 points. Claw and V9 faced early eliminations without scoring any points, concluding the day with an unexpected twist and setting the stage for the battles to come.
