The long-awaited FPS Atomic Heart's development team, Mundfish, has released the complete list of system requirements needed to run the game at a range of settings, including the popular 4K/60 FPS configuration. It should come as no surprise that Atomic Heart requires powerful hardware in order to function at its highest settings since it has long been used to demonstrate some of Nvidia's most impressive visual effects through its RTX-ready demos.
With the release date rapidly approaching, Mundfish just unveiled comprehensive system requirements for the upcoming action-adventure game's PC edition, providing players a comprehensive overview of the required hardware. Additionally, ray tracing prerequisites were discussed.

Even while the developer's promises that Atomic Heart's DLSS will make up for Denuvo are baffling at the best of times, the studio's revised system requirement summary does indicate that the majority of PC gamers ought to be able to play the game without any issues. Atomic Heart should operate at its highest setting at 4K on an Nvidia RTX 3080 or AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT, giving players a consistent 60 frames per second. Though it's important to note that the table itself doesn't explicitly state as much, it's safe to assume that this does cover the game's several raytracing settings.
The following table lists the minimum, maximum, extreme, and ultra 4K PC specifications for the game.

Although the game won't be fully available until its official launch on February 21, pre-load for Atomic Heart is already available, giving everyone plenty of time to prepare for the launch day. It's still completely possible that things could go wrong on day one, so those who are still worried about the game's performance should wait to hear what the early adopters have to say about the developer's technological abilities
