Destiny 2 is a community-focused game and the developers love to disclose about the ongoing
projects. But this is reduced because of the recent toxicity and harassment towards the devs. But
still Bungie is still clear about the updates and ongoing fixes.
In a TWAB (This Week At Bungie) from August 4 the company disclosed its plans to launch an Exotic
skin with community's help. Players can choose from the three Exotics namely: Sweet Business,
Arbalest, or the Rat King. The chosen one will be made one of the artists from the Destiny 2
community.
This way with the increase of artists for skins, players might get a chance to receive ornaments too.
From the different Exotic armor pieces some have become quite popular for their utility. It would be
nice if those useful gears get ornaments.
Know the armor pieces that should get ornaments:
1. Contraverse Hold
It is a go-to Exotic gear for Warlocks. It was introduced to Guardians in the Forsaken expansion that
allows everyone get Grenade energy upon any Grenade damage caused to enemies. Based on the
damage, whether it's Vortex or Axion Bolt, players are guaranteed to get energy refunds.
Bungie has also released an ornament for this fan-favorite Exotic gear too.
2. Raiju's Harness
This is the most potent Exotic armor for Hunters that allows the class to whirl their Arc Staff for a
long period. It also looks good in terms of its appearance. Players can also change its color with
specific shaders.
We are looking forward for Bungie's new additions to it. Raiju's Harness can be received after
finishing modified Lost Sector on solo with Chest armor rotations.
3. Assassin's Cowl
It can help Hunters to get invisible. It allows the class to do so while landing charged melee abilities
on enemies. Types of enemies have different lengths of time as follows:
A new ornament will be added as this Exotic is better suited for Hunters in case of solo plays.
4. Starfire Protocol
This is a niche Exotic in a Warlock's inventory as it allows the class to throw extra Fusion Grenades. It
grants 20% Grenade energy and 100% class ability energy.
Players use it while damaging a Raid boss. Starfire Protocol was introduced in Destiny 2 Year 1 but it
is strange that Bungie hasn't made an ornament for it yet.
5. Antaeus Ward
This armor piece was introduced in Year 2 and is the most popular pick among Titans in PvP. It helps
the class to avoid incoming damage of any sort while sliding.
In fact, here also Bungie has still not offered an ornament.
