Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker is the fourth addition set for Square Enix's Final Fantasy XIV, a huge
multiplayer console game for PlayStation 4, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 5, and macOS. It was
launched two years after Shadowbringers on 7th December 2021. In Endwalker, gamers journey to
the reclusive kingdom of Sharlayan in search of assistance in dealing with the impending Final Days,
a global apocalypse that aims to blow up the entire globe. Meanwhile, Zenos, the deranged son of
Garlemald's top ruler, has assassinated his dad and is on the hunt for the game's Warrior of Light.
Zenos is aided by the sadistic Ascian Fandaniel, who wishes the Last Days to happen so everybody,
including himself, will perish. The plot is being advertised as the climax of the Hydaelyn–Zodiark
arc, concluding the present branching storyline and bringing in a brand new one in the key updates
following its launch. Endwalker contains a numeric image compression, also known as a stat
squish among MMO gamers. In addition, two new positions were created. The first is Sage, a healer
who directs aetheric energy through mystical items known as Nouliths to build barriers and boost the
character's defensive abilities. Reaper, the second new career, is a scythe-wielding, geared martial
fighter who enlists the help of an avatar of Death for more power. The Mythologies of the Arena, a
24-player dungeon sequence that will discover fables enclosing the twelve divinities idolized by the
folks of Pandemonium and Eorzea, an eight-player dungeon sequence centered on a shadowy
power linked to a prior traitor, Lahabrea, was released after the launch. The current playmaker
housing system will be upgraded to include the Empyreum, a new dwelling region in the once-
the isolated state of Ishgard.
A revised lottery-based technique of obtaining a house will be introduced,
among other possible changes, to increase access to certain holdings or districts and to relieve
player worries about the existing system. The Planet Visit feature will be enhanced shortly after its
debut to allow users to go to other computer servers, dramatically offering a variety of players with
whom they can interact. Because of the game's concentration on the moon, Sia recorded Fly Me to
the Moon as a tie-in advertising. This cover incorporates aspects of Prelude, a concept found in
several Final Fantasy games.
