Fortnite is coming up with the new Creative Mayhem event. The newest recurrence is called “Love is in the air” who are searching new players from the entire map of Fortnite to earn Valentine’s day themed in-game items as well as cash prizes.

Players who are unfamiliar with Fortnite Creative Mayhem in which players submit their results online and the best of them are selected and compete with a team under Fortnite content creator to win a large amount of cash prize.

On the website, there is an official post of the "Love is in the air" event that is open to all players. And this event is calling out once again to the death run specialists to show the changes and submit their best maps on the Creative Mayhem website from February 7 at 9 am ET to February 14 at 9 am to enter. Firstly the players have to sign up on the designed website before recording their run-through, then have to choose a creator and upload their video on Youtube then finally share their link and time on the sign-up site.

After signing up in Fortnite’s Creative Mayhem, it will accept the players on the Love reigns Emoticon, and the players will be rewarded with the Mace of Hear pickaxe who has played for a minimum of 30 minutes. The videos which are submitted will be reviewed on February 15-22 with the first round of qualifiers taking place on February 26 and 27. The tournament will place the top performers with the Fortnite creator selected during sign-up, which comprises well-known streamers around the world like Australia’s LooserFruit, Spain's Grefg, and USA's SparklesQT. The Global Finals are on March 12, with a total of $100,000 on the line.

The Love is in the Air tournament isn't the only major new thing recently added to the game. Last week was Fortnite's v19.20 update patch, which added several significant pieces of content. The most important introduction of the new Covert Cavern POI, which is home to a Mythic version of the Stinger SMG.

The update also unveils Heavy Shotgun, although the fan-favourite weapon has received a complete overhaul. Update v19.20 also introduces Feathers, which can be used to unlock Haven's masks.

The event is a death run based tournament where there are thousands of participants. As the competition is tough. There are bound to be plenty of players who don’t get a chance to play with their favourite Fortnite celebrity.
