Hyper Scape is one of the latest battle royale games. Hyper Scape was made by Ubisoft as an effort to get a slice of the hype regarding the battle royale genre. Battle royale games such as Playerunkown’s Battlegrounds, Apex: Legends, Fortnite, etc. are extremely successful while being free to play. With Hyper Scape, Ubisoft did something very similar. Just like the other currently popular games, it is also free to play and is playable across multiple platforms. When the closed beta for Hyper Scape started, everyone was getting hyped for it and wanted to get their hands on it. The game got a good bit of hype. And there was a good reason for it. It was very different when compared to the other battle royale games. It was extremely fast-paced, had lots of unique game mechanics such as real-time world effects, weapon combining, etc. Overall, despite the genre being an overused one, the experience was quite fresh.

Now, the official twitter handle of Hyper Scape (@HyperScapeGame) has made a new post on twitter showing the roadmap for the game. Well, the roadmap is only for the current season, Season 1 Week 4 to Week 8. And, let me tell you, Hyper Scape is going to get a lot of content from the looks of it. Here is the official tweet showing the roadmap for the above mentioned period of time:

Here is what you will get according to the roadmap:

Week 4: September 1 – 7

Mid-season title update v1.1
The First Principle comic issue #1
Reddit AMA
New daily and weekly challenges
New memory shard

Week 5: September 8 – 14

Updated limited-time mode: Hack Runner
New daily and weekly challenges
New memory shard

Week 6: September 15 – 21
New limited-time mode
New daily and weekly challenges
New memory shard

Week 7: September 22 – 28

New daily and weekly challenges
New memory shard

Week 8: September 29 – October 5

Project Tower
The First Principle comic issue #2
New daily and weekly challenges
New memory shard

So, it seems that Ubisoft has planned quite a bit of content for their battle royale. Hyper Scape was meant to be extremely successful in Twitch due to the interactive elements, however, that is something for which we would have to wait it seems. As, the game is not currently doing as good on Twitch as the other BR games such as Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, Fortnite, Apex: Legends, etc.
