VCT Ascension Americas 2024 is an offline Valorant tournament taking place at Monterrey. Organized by Riot Games, the event starts on 10th september 2024 and will conclude on 21st September 2024. The tournament boasts a prizepool of $100,000 USD and 6 teams are participating in it. Lets go through the details of this event.

Format 

Group stage of this event will take place from 10th to 15th September, 2024. Single round robin format will be applicable and all matches will be played in best of three series. The top 4 teams will advance to the Playoffs.

Playoffs will be held from 18th to 21st September, 2024. Double elimination bracket will be applicable. All matches excluding the lower final and grand final will be played in best of three series. Lower final and Grand final will be played in best of five series.

In the upcoming matches, RETA Esports will play against 2GAME Esports, Galorys will compete against TSM, M80 will play against All Knights, TSM will compete against RETA Esports and Galorys will play against All Knights.

Prizepool

• The champion will receive $35,000 and will qualify to the 2025 Americas League.
• The team securing the second place will take home $25,000.
• The third place holder team will receive $15,000.
• The team securing the fourth position will take home $10,000.
