Apex Legends Global Series 2024: Split 2 Pro League - North America is an online tournament organised by EA and Respawn Entertainment.The tournament started on 1st June 2024 and will conclude on 14th July 2024 and 30 teams are taking part in it. Lets examine the specifics of this event.

Apex Legends Global Series 2024: Split 2 Pro League - North America Format

Triple Round-Robin format is applicable.Thirty teams in each region will be seeded into three groups of ten teams each by using the Year 3 ALGS and Preseason Qualifiers performance.All teams will compete in the triple round-robin format.Each group plays against the other groups three times. A match series consists of six games, where a group plays against another group.Each team will play in six match series (a total of 36 games) in each pro league regular season split.Each team will earn post match series points from each match series, contributing to the regular season standings.Top 20 teams with most post match series points in triple round-robin will advance to regional final.

Regional Final

The top twenty teams from triple round-robin will compete in the match point format.The first team to hit 50 points and then secure a first place finish in upcoming matches will be crowned as the winner. The remaining teams will be ranked by total points awarded in the series. All teams will earn post match series points based off their regional final placements, contributing to the regular season standings.Winner in regional final will qualify to the Apex Legends Global Series ALGS: 2024 Split 2 Playoffs.

Prize Pool

This tournament boasts a massive prizepool of $125,000 USD with the distribution as follows:

• The team securing the first position will receive $20,000 and will qualify to  Split 2 Playoffs.
• The squad securing the second place will take home $15,000 and will qualify to Split 2 Playoffs.
• The third place holder team will receive $12,000 and will qualify to Split 2 Playoffs.
• The squad securing the fourth place will take home $9,000 and will qualify to Split 2 Playoffs.
