All You Need To Know About ESL Pro League Season 19

ESL Pro League Season 19 is an offline Counter-Strike 2 tournament, taking place in InterContinental Malta, Saint Julian's. Organized by ESL, this tournament boasts a prize pool of $750,000 USD. It will commence on 23rd April 2024 and will conclude on 12th May 2024. Total 32 teams are participating in it. Let's have a look into the details of this tournament.

ESL Pro League Season 19 Format

In the Group Stage there will be four triple elimination format groups. Each group will have eight teams and all matches will be played in best of three series. The top four teams from each group will advance to the Playoffs. Group stage winners will advance to the Quarterfinals. Group stage runners-up will advance to the Round of 12 as the High Seeds. Group stage 3rd place teams will advance to the Round of 16 as the High Seeds. Group stage 4th place teams will advance to the Round of 16 as the Low Seeds.

Playoffs will be held in Single-Elimination bracket. All matches will be in best of three series except the Grand Final. The Grand Final will be in best of five series.

Prize Pool

The event boasts a total prize pool of $750,000 USD, with the distribution as follows:
The champion will be awarded $170,000 and will qualify to IEM Cologne 2024.
The second place team will receive $80,000.
The third and fourth place holder will take home $45,000 each.
The fifth to eighth positions holders will take home $32,000 each.
The ninth to twelfth place holders will receive $23,500 each.
The thirteenth to sixteenth position holders will receive $17,500 each.
