Kohai SEA Championship Season 2 is an online Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament organized by Kohai. It commenced on 20th December with 32 teams from MPL Malaysia, Philippines, and Cambodia. The tournament format is a Single-elimination bracket with all matches of best-of-game series. The Third-place match will feature a best-of-game series and a grand final following a best-of-seven-game series. The current contenders for the title of the next champions made their way from the Malaysia Kohai Championship and the Indonesia Kohai Infiniti Championship. With others remaining as the wildcard entries.

Current scenario and prize pool distribution 

As mentioned above, the tournament is now towards the end as it has reached the Quarter-finals stage. Four teams as of now have reached the quarterfinals with other teams yet to be decided. Currently, Minana EVOS, Team Flash, CFU Gaming, and RSG Malaysia are the ones who will face each other in the Quarterfinals. 

Round 2 Match Recaps 

 Minana EVOS vs TODAK - Minana EVOS won the first game after 14 minutes and 44 seconds. They won the second game after 15 minutes and 37 seconds. With this, it was a 2-0 victory for Minana EVOS. 

See You Soon vs Team Flash - Team Flash won the best of 3 games series by 2-0. In the first game, they won after 10 minutes and 27 seconds, second game they won after 11 minutes and 55 seconds.

MV Originz vs CFU Gaming - MV Originz began with a win after 16 minutes and 26 seconds in the first game. CFU Gaming made a comeback and won both games after 15 minutes and 8 seconds, with the third game taking 21 minutes and 49 seconds. CFU Gaming won the series by 2-1. 

Dewa United Rhodes vs RSG Malaysia - RSG Malaysia won both the games. First game they won after 14 minutes and 24 seconds while the second game took 17 minutes and 23 seconds. 

The Prize Pool distribution 

The prize pool will be split among the top 4 placements. 1st will accumulate $6000, 2nd will get $3000, 3rd will get $1,500 and the 4th position will get $1000.
