Follow the below given steps to acquire the Wish Keeper:

• Complete all tasks in the third week of the "Wishing All the Best" quest in Destiny 2.
• After finishing one mission, go to the H.E.L.M. destination.
• Access the "Starcrossed" Exotic Mission in week four at the H.E.L.M.
• Complete the "Starcrossed" Exotic Mission on either normal or legend difficulty.
• Upon successful completion, obtain the Wish-Keeper for Destiny 2.

While travelling to the Wish-Keeper, the players will come across two buffs, which are the main elements of this Exotic Mission. Following are those two buffs:

• Sire’s Obligation: Sire's Obligation damages the Obdurate Phalanx that surrounds these symbols and grants visibility of symbols.
• Dam’s Gift: Dam's Gift allows the players to move through orange passageways. Without it a lot of damage has to be taken.The Crowned by Dragons buff gives access to all of the previously listed skills when combined.
