In a twist following The International 2023 (TI12), the Dota 2 community is surprised as players from beastcoast make an unexpected exit. David "Parker" Nicho Flores, Gonzalo "DarkMago" Herrera, Rafael "Sacred" Yonatan, Elvis "Scofield" Peña, and Steven "StingeR" Vargas, all prominent members of the team, have now become free agents. This sudden development has sent shockwaves through the Dota 2 community, sparking intense speculation about the reasons behind their departure.

Beastcoast’s Former Dota 2 Players Are Now Looking For a New Team

As of this moment, no official sources have definitively explained the motivation behind the players' decision to part ways with beastcoast. Nevertheless, many voices within the esports community have been conjecturing that their departure could be tied to the team's underwhelming performance at The International 2023.

Most of the former beastcoast players have taken to their personal social media accounts to announce their newfound status as free agents. They have expressed their gratitude to their previous team and its dedicated supporters, while also signaling their readiness to explore fresh opportunities, whether they come from within or outside their regions.

Sacred, Scofield, and Parker conveyed their appreciation, thanking the organization and the fans. They added that they will continue tirelessly until they become the best.

On the other hand, DarkMago shared a more emotional farewell, expressing his deep gratitude to beastcoast for providing him with the opportunity to play under their banner. He acknowledged that the past year had been filled with both triumphs and tribulations and hoped for brighter days ahead.

DarkMago added, "Thank you to the fans for the support, and even though this year hasn't been ideal, I pledge to give my all in the next one to surpass the achievements of the last. As Rocky Luján Carrión once said, 'It doesn't matter how many times you fall, it matters how many times you get up; failure is not falling, failure is staying down.' Starting today, I am in search of a new team, hence, LFT [Looking For Team]."

While StingeR did not issue an official statement on his social media platforms regarding his departure from beastcoast, his liquipedia page has been updated, affirming that all five players have indeed left the organization.

Meanwhile, beastcoast has acknowledged that the majority of teams worldwide are already gearing up for the forthcoming year, and their players are no exception. The organization has expressed its unwavering commitment to collaborating with its former players to help them attain their objectives. This unwavering pursuit of excellence mirrors their dedication to South American Dota, and they will persist in nurturing the region's burgeoning talents on the global stage.
