According to a Win.gg report, this decision stems from a desire to strengthen the team's performance after facing setbacks in the 2023 Valorant Champions Tour (VCT).

Global Esports Might be Looking For a Replacement for Global Esports

SkRossi, a 25-year-old Indian Valorant professional player, has been a fixture in the Global Esports roster since 2020. Renowned for his explosive Jett plays, SkRossi's gameplay not only contributed to the team's international recognition but also garnered enthusiastic support from his home country. As one of the few Indian members of the squad, he held a special place in the hearts of fans.

However, recent challenges in the competitive arena have prompted Global Esports to evaluate their lineup. The team's participation in the 2023 VCT has been marked by struggles to secure significant victories. Their journey kicked off with their first-ever global appearance at LOCK//IN, where they faced an initial defeat against Team Vitality, setting an unfortunate tone for the series.
