Team SouL's Coach Believes Hector is Irreplaceable in Team SouL

In a recent livestream, Amit explained that Hector plays a crucial role in the team due to his exceptional skills and ability to gather information on other teams. The coach states that some of Hector's skills are unmatched, making him the best at what he does. His knowledge and updates on opposing teams greatly assist the in-game leader (IGL) Sahil “Omega” Jakhar in developing effective strategies. 

The coach emphasized that this is the reason why he is always on the team, as Hector's information-sharing is indispensable. The coach further emphasizes that unless someone else can fulfill this role, Hector cannot be replaced, as the team relies heavily on it. Following this, Amit highlighted that Hector's specific skills hold significant importance for the team's success and that he consistently performs them with excellence.

Amit Explains Hector’s Recent Absence From Team SouL

During the livestream, when viewers inquired about the absence of Hector, Team SouL's BGMI player, the coach provided an explanation. He stated that Hector had returned home to celebrate Eid, and this absence was pre-planned. Hector had informed the team well in advance about his intention to visit his family, as he hadn't been home for a considerable period, and his family wanted him to be with them during the occasion.

The coach clarified that it wasn't a matter of excluding Hector from the team, but rather allowing him to take the time off as previously agreed. In the meantime, the team would continue with their alternate lineup to assess and address any issues they might encounter. It was evident that the team understood Hector's need to be with his family and respected his decision to do so, emphasizing the importance of personal commitments alongside professional responsibilities.
