Xtreme Gaming, a new esports organization from China, has made headlines recently with the signing of two legendary Dota 2 players: Kaka and LaNm. Both players have been out of the competitive scene for a while, but their return has generated a lot of excitement among fans and fellow players alike.

Zheng "Kaka" Jie

He is a support player from China. He first rose to prominence in 2016 as part of the Newbee team that won The International, Dota 2's biggest tournament. Kaka was known for his outstanding play on heroes like Rubick and Earth Spirit, and his ability to control team fights with his spells and positioning.

After Newbee's victory at TI6, Kaka continued to play for the team for two more years. However, he eventually left the organization in 2018 to join the newly formed Keen Gaming squad. Kaka's time with Keen was marked by inconsistent results, and he eventually took a break from competitive Dota 2 in late 2020.

Zhang "LaNm" Zhicheng

He is a veteran player from China who has been competing in Dota 2 since its earliest days. LaNm is known for his versatility and ability to play a wide variety of heroes, as well as his leadership and shot-calling skills.

LaNm first made a name for himself in the Dota 1 scene, playing for teams like EHOME and Nirvana.cn. In Dota 2, he played for a number of top Chinese teams, including DK, Vici Gaming, and Wings Gaming. LaNm was a member of the Wings team that won TI6, and he continued to compete at a high level until 2019, when he announced his retirement from professional Dota 2.

Both Kaka and LaNm have been away from the competitive scene for a while, but their return with Xtreme Gaming has generated a lot of excitement. The team is still relatively new and untested, but with these two veterans on board, they could potentially become a force to be reckoned with in the Chinese Dota 2 scene.

For Kaka, this is a chance to prove himself once again as one of the best support players in the world. He will have to adapt to the current meta and work with his new teammates to find the right playstyle and strategies. However, his experience and skill should make this transition smoother.

As for LaNm, his return is somewhat unexpected given that he had retired from professional Dota 2 less than two years ago. However, he has said that he misses the competition and wants to give it another shot. With his leadership and experience, he could be a valuable addition to Xtreme Gaming's roster.

Overall, the return of Kaka and LaNm to professional Dota 2 is great news for fans of the game. These two players have a lot of talent and experience, and seeing them back in action will be a treat for anyone who loves watching high-level Dota 2. It remains to be seen how well they will perform with Xtreme Gaming, but the potential is certainly there for this team to make waves in the Chinese scene and beyond.
