Lono, a recently discovered Pokémon from the Scarlet and Violet gym, unveiled her partner Pokémon on a webcast Friday. The newest Pokémon is called Bellibolt, and it uses its adorable, expanding belly to produce electricity. According to The Pokémon Company's YouTube description, the yellow circle that resembles a belly button is specifically where electricity is produced.

Bellibolt is an electric frog with two adorable little eyes, a large smile, and a beautifully rounded body. That means that although the bumps on the sides of its head aren't its eyes, they are more than simply ornaments because that is where the energy is released.

Bellibolt is an intriguing Pokemon with some unusual design elements. It turns out that the large lumps on its head that resemble eyeballs are actually yellow structures that resemble nostrils. Bellibolt has so far gotten a mixed response from the public, but it will be fascinating to see how perceptions of it evolve once Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are released.

There was a rumor that Bellibolt would be yet another local fake in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, similar to Wiglett before it was revealed, however, that doesn't seem to be the case. For those who are unaware, fans have given the Pokemon in the new games that resemble the previous Pokemon but are not recognized regional varieties the name "regional fakes." For Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, only Wiglett has been identified as a regional imposter; however, others are anticipated to be included in the games.

With only one month until the release of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, it's uncertain how many fans will see new Pokemon before the game's release. There is still a lot of new Pokemon to be released. Bellibolt can currently be found among the new Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
