For those who are unaware,  Project CARS is a series of racing simulation video games developed by Slightly Mad Studios and published BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment. This game manages both the simulation part and the racing part quite well which makes it a very fun to play series. The first game of this series launched in 2015, titled Project CARS and was available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Then, in 2017, we got the sequel, Project CARS 2, and just like its predecessor and successor, it was playable on the same platforms. Finally, its the upcoming Project CARS 3 which is the third and the latest installment to the series.

According to the official page, this game will have tons of content and other new features. It is going to have over 200 racing cars, each having detailed customization, and over 140 global tracks along with new game modes. Other key features include 24 hour cycles and dynamic season changes, enhanced AI, VR Support on PC, improved career mode, multiplayer and community modes, etc. We recommend going through the official page to learn more about this,

Something to note though is that in 2019 Codemasters acquired Slightly Mad Studios, the developers for Project CARS series. So, Project CARS 3 will be the first Project CARS game, after being acquired by Codemasters. For those who are unaware, Codemaster has already several successful racing games under its belt, like the DiRT series and the Formula One series. With this in mind, it will be really interesting to see what new do we get in the upcoming Project CARS 3. According to the CEO of Slightly Mad Studios, this game will be the successor to the Need for Speed Shift series which was partly developed by them. So, it will be really interesting to see what new do we get in this game compared to its predecessors, and the best part is that we won’t have to wait for too long either.
