The challengers Showdown 1.0, started out with a large number of gamers has come down to that one team who stood out triumphant. The tournament was organised by Upthrust Esports and Loco, began on the 7th of august and ended on 24th august. There was a total prize pool of Rs. 300,000. The event turned out to be one of India’s biggest esports tournament.

Every team fought relentlessly and with points close to one another. But only one proved himself to be worthy of the trophy. Post Nut clarity bagged the first prize with a total point of 225.

D-DAY
Schedule and Format  

The final day  started off on  24nd August at 1:30 pm,was set to be played in the maps of Erangel and Troi. 
The match format of day 2 is as follows:

Final day  standings:
Team mavi’s performance in both day 1 and 2 of the grand final stage had been excellent, but with a few turns of events and exemplary performance Post nut clarity took away the final chicken dinner.

FRAGGERS OF THE D-DAY 

Team Mavi’s Sypher managed to hold his position of being the most valuable player thrououth the grand finale.Sypher ended the tournament with a total of 47 finishes and Finish cont of 40%. The other top fraggers of the day were PNCxFAVICO, X0xFIERCE, TMxOPTICGOD. 

PRIZE POOL 

Post Nut Clarity won a cash prize of Rs.100,000, followed by the runners up, revenant Esport received Rs.60,000. In 3rd place, revenant Esport earned Rs. 40,000. Sypher earned Rs. 30,000 for being the MVP of the tournament. 

Where to watch?  

The UE New State Mobile Challengers Showdown will only be televised in Hindi on Loco. The UPTHRUST ESPORTS YouTube channel will also host the live feed.
