The new release of patch notes 7.32 for Dota 2 has set up new modifications for the MOBA gaming title’s gameplay mechanics, thus adding new neutral items, hero abilities and map tweaks before the upcoming Dota 2 International TI-11 2022.
Amidst the ongoing ESL One Malaysia 2022 tournament, the developers have released an official patch note early on for the TI11 2022 qualifier teams. The reason being, the upcoming TI11 2022 will be home to the world’s best professional DOTA 2 players and they shall be gaming on the latest updated version of the game.
Primal Beast
The addition of Primal Beast to the captains’ mode has been introduced in patch note 7.32. It shall play a significant role in TI11 2022 Singapore while the battle between the teams prevails for aegis. The base health regeneration has been increased from 0 to 0.25. A scepter has been added to Aghanim’s arsenal along with several buffs to talents, as well as a buff to his shard upgrade - Rock Throw.
   Uproar
●    Uproar releases 3 waves of 2 projectiles per stack which split in two after a 1.25s delay. Each projectile deals 100 damage to enemies & applies a break on them for 2.5s.
●    Now can be used while channelling spells.
 Rock Throw
●    Now splits into 3 additional, smaller fragments, 600 units behind the first one.   
General Updates
●    Changed XP required per level.
●    Rescaled Streak Experience 
●    Flagbearer Creep - Starting at minute 2, one of the melee creeps in every second creep wave is replaced by a Flagbearer. It has 40% magic resistance and an Inspiration Aura, which gives +3 Health regen to all allies within a 700 range. Killing an enemy Flagbearer will grant you and each allied hero within 1200 radius bonus gold equal to 100% of a Melee Creep's bounty. Does not grant gold on deny and cannot be denied by hero abilities, e.g. Demonic Conversion.

This addition revolutionizes the laning stage, as it dictates over a lot of hero picks, and also sets the stage for how a game will play out. 
●    Map changes are mostly applied to the Dire side to make it a bit more difficult for Dire to approach, which includes moving the bounty royale & dire outpost further away from the river.

●    Outpost base teleport channel time increased from 5s to 6s
●    After the fall of towers in each tier, the Glyph of Fortification gets refreshed (i.e. - once after the first Tier 1 falls and the same when tier 2 or 3 falls)
●    Fountain Invulnerability is applicable on respawn regardless of an enemy hero’s presence nearby
●    Passive Gold per minute dropped by 15%
●    Increment of Ancients Armor rose from 13 to 23
●    Ancient Backdoor protection HP regen rose from 90hp/s to 180hp/s

New item updates
The release of the new patch note 7.32 has discarded 9 neutral items from the game which include Ocean Heart, Keen Optic, Chipped Vest, Essence Ring, Fae Grenade, Quicksilver Amulet, Spider Legs & The Leveller. Replacing these, 7 new items have been added, which are as follows -

●    OCCULT BRACELET
●    EYE OF THE VIZIER
●    DAGGER OF RISTUL
●    SPECIALIST'S ARRAY
●    OGRE SEAL TOTEM
