The Fortune's Keep map for the battle royale in Call of Duty: Warzone
Season 4 was changed into the Cursed Ground. Call of Duty: Warzone
underwent numerous alterations brought about by The Cursed Ground,
some of which were more well-liked than others. The Hunter Perk, which
can be acquired by slaying linked zombies to unlock Cursed chests, was one
of the Warzone event's additions. Some Warzone players have expressed
dissatisfaction with this perk in particular and want the Hunter Perk to be
eliminated.

Players complaints with the Hunter Perk were recently reflected in a post
on the Call of Duty: Warzone subreddit. The guy and his team are destroyed
by a single aggressive player climbing via a window in the first half of the
leaked video. As if they were aware of each member's location before they
jumped out of the window, the player can quickly target and eliminate the
squad. In actuality, the combative Warzone player did.

The kill cam captures exactly what the successful Call of Duty: Warzone
player observed before they went through the window in the second half of
the video. The player could see the silhouettes of every other person in the
room before they entered thanks to the Hunter Perk. They were able to
effectively pre-fire their adversaries as a result before they even understood
what had transpired. It's a wallhack that has official approval.

Fair enough, the setup for the Hunter Perk in Call of Duty: Warzone is
necessary. It is an earned Perk because players must slay numerous Cursed
Ground zombies to obtain it. Additionally, the Perk doesn't endure
indefinitely, so this person was merely taking advantage of their success.
But it's strong and maybe even unfair.

What matters is how forgiving Call of Duty: Warzone's creators and players
are of that kind of purposefully uneven power. Fundamentally, it's the same
concept as looting. Greater chances of discovering stronger loot are present
for those who loot more or defeat more opponents. Cursed Ground chests
can contain stronger rewards if they are completed. Players in battle royale
are constantly competing for an advantage, but there is also a lot of chance
at play.

Perhaps a better question is whether the Hunter Perk is enjoyable rather
than whether it provides an unfair edge. Those slain in the video clip by the
player with the Hunter Perk undoubtedly weren't having a good time. The
makers of Call of Duty: Warzone should take it into account when
determining whether to reintroduce the Perk in the future.
