Loopmancer is a 3D horizontal roguelite action game set in a cyberpunk environment with realistic graphics. Players take on the role of a detective who resurrects after an untimely death and battles in this vivid and futuristic city in the east. Loopmancer has been announced for release on consoles and PC via Steam by Yooreka Studio and Beijing-based developer eBrain Studio. There was no mention of a release date.

STORY

Neuro-comp interfaces, bionic prosthetics, and nano-biotechnology are all prevalent in the year 2046 / Dragon City. Although society has advanced, the divide between the haves and the have-nots has only become wider.

While investigating the abduction of a well-known female journalist, Xiang Zixu, a superb private eye, is killed. He wakes up with a start in his apartment bedroom shortly after his death. Before he can understand what has happened, his phone rings and a colleague at the agency informs him of a fresh case: the abduction of a well-known female journalist.

Maps and Stages / Eastern Cities in the Cyberpunk Style – Dragon Town, which comes alive with holiday spirit in the evening; the desolate and gloomy Shuigou Village; the luxury Tang Dynasty Hotel; the marine Bionic Beings' Training Base; and the Biotech Company is among the seven finely-crafted big stages in this game. This game, which was created with Unreal Engine 4, displays an eastern cityscape with cyberpunk elements.

Fast-paced Battle Action – Improve your fighting skills by unlocking new weapons and abilities via numerous reincarnations. To beat the adversary, unlock over 100 weapons, cast skills with prosthetic limb chips, and employ tech goods. Over 30 foes with distinct behavior patterns await you, including violent criminals, well-equipped mercenaries, mad mutants with hacked neuro-comp interfaces, well-trained bionics, and more. The list goes on and on, and none of them will be simple to eliminate. After each life loop, certain regions will alter at random. Choose your preferred battle mode and go in search of the ultimate truth.

Rebirth Loop: Xiang Zixu will awaken in his apartment after each death and begin a fresh loop. As the game progresses, going back over what felt like the right decision in the past may lead to a different conclusion. Every choice you make will change the destiny of in-game characters and change the outcome of the game.

LOOPMANCER, a side-scrolling action roguelite game, will be released on July 13 for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, according to creator eBrain Studio. As part of the Steam Next Fest celebration, which runs until June 20, a new demo is now available. When the full game is released, clearing the demo will unlock awards that can be used in the full game.

In a press statement, eBrain Studio stated, "Demo players will notice a variety of gameplay improvements on their return trip to Dragon City, including the ability to start fresh deathloops from Longxi Town." "The lethal armoury of protagonist Xiang has been increased to include a number of kickass, never-before-seen weaponry and superkills. The Black Tiger Corps and the Kouga Industry Ninjas have joined the fray as new foes. Players will also benefit from a variety of technological enhancements, including improved graphics, animation optimizations, Nvidia RTX and NIS integration, and more.
