The game Hollow Knight: Silksong has seemingly reappeared in the Xbox/Bethesda Showcase. It has been missing in action for some years and is now finally arriving for the fans to enjoy this Metroidvania action-adventure video game. The creators, Team Cherry bringing Hollow Knight: Silksong to the Xbox/Bethesda Showcase, has made the fans go off the rails with excitement. 

The game seems in the Xbox/Bethesda Showcase that it would have been notable. But it was then revealed that Hollow Knight: Silksong will officially launch on Xbox Game Pass on day one. It has further raised the anticipation of the game amongst its dedicated fans.

When is Hollow Knight: Silksong releasing?

There is no official release date for Hollow Knight: Silksong yet. Xbox suggested that the game will be released in the upcoming 12 months. All the games featured in the Xbox\Bethesda Showcase will be released next year. In the Xbox/ Bethesda Showcase, a new trailer of Silksong shows more details of the long-in-development game sequel to the original Hollow Knight.

The anticipated Hollow Knight: Silksong is no expansion but is a full sequel of the famous Hollow Knight. Initially slated for a 2019 release, the game faced delays and might indeed launch by next year on the platforms, namely, PC, Nintendo Switch, Mac, Linux and Xbox Series X|S. The developments for the sequel began shortly in 2017 after the launch of the game’s title, Hollow Knight.

Hollow Knight is one of the most popular independent games of the 2010s, which got its first update since its release earlier this year, where several bugs got squashed in the game’s Unity version.

Hollow Knight: Silksong promises to live up to the charms of the best Metroidvania games, Hollow Knight. In the game, Hornet discovers that she is captured and taken to the unknown haunted kingdom, Pharloom. The Silk and Song haunt the kingdom of Pharloom. The mission of Hornet in the game is that she will have to climb to the top of the kingdom to get to the shining citadel, which will reveal the reasons for her presence in the strange kingdom.
