This is great news for all of Valorant fans & enthusiasts in Japan, as the region of East Asia, until now has been lacking female competitive gaming for Valorant. Like all of the other regional circuits for Game Changers, Japan's leg of VCT can be expected to begin in the summer and get done with around the fall season, thus making it likely that the top finalists from the Japan leg of the competition shall be given a spot in the VCT finals for 2022.

Since this is just the start of the official competition season for Valorant, it is not yet been declared whether the Japanese leg of Game Changers shall be following the same schedule like the other competitions, where there are on an average basis, atleast three tournaments held for each season.

VCT Game Changers for 2022 will culminate in an International Game Changers Championship, which is scheduled to be held in November but currently doesn’t have a set date yet. The Japan tournament for Game Changers' series has just been recently announced, so Japanese fans of the game for Valorant shall need to wait for more information about the dates & format for the Japanese VCT Game Changers.
