In a latest development, professional Indian BGMI player & veteran gamer Arth Trivedi, popularly known as Vexe, took leave from his previous organisation of long - Orange Rock, and has joined the Tier-1 lineup of the much popular Esports team of Skylightz Gaming.

Orange Rock in recent times gave a decent performance in the first professional India-wide tournament of BGIS (Battlegrounds Mobile India Series) held in 2021, in which they could secure the 7th position in the final leaderboards, and has also gone onto win a third-party tournament of IQOO All-Stars. As seen from the organisation's minor achievements, the team is marred with it's inability to perform consistently on a regular basis.

After Vexe's recent incorporation into the roster for Skylightz Gaming, the new roster stands thus -

  • Saumraj - Saumya Raj (IGL)
  • Pukar - Pukar Singla (Scout/Entry Fragger)
  • GamlaBoy - Tushar Das (Assaulter)
  • Vexe - Arth Trivedi (Assaulter)
  • Ronak - Harpreet Singh Janjuha (Support)

Destro, a former assaulter for Skylighz Gaming, who played for the team in BGIS took leave of the organisation recently, and Vexe is surely an apt replacement.

Skylightz Gaming came into limelight recently, after the launch of the mobile battle royale title of BGMI . The team has proved it's mettle by performing exceptionally well in 3rd-party tournaments such as Skyesports Grand Slam 2022 & VE Winter Masters (runners-up in both the tournaments). The biggest achievement for Skylightz lies in having won the first edition of BGIS, held in 2021.

The Esports organisation of Skylightz Gaming is based out of Singapore, and is primarily active in the mobile Esports circuit of South-Asia and SEA regions. The organisation boasts of two PUBG Mobile squads - one from Nepal, and other one from Indonesia, while also maintaining two rosters in India - one for Free Fire, and one for BGMI.
