Gotham Knights was announced back in August 2020 at the DC FanDome, and was set to release in 2021. However, it went totally silent after that, till October 2021 when we got an official trailer for the game. However, the release date was still not announced. However, now that is no longer the case. After all the hype, anticipation, and wait, we finally have an official release date for the upcoming DC game, Gotham Knights. The release date for Gotham Knights is right before Halloween 2022, to be precise the game is releasing on October 25, 2022.

Just a few days ago, we talked about the playtest for Gotham Knights that appeared on Steam for a brief while. This playtest indicated two things. One of them is that the game’s release is not much far. And, the second is that a public playtest might happen very soon. Now, while we do not have any clarity on the latter, we do know for sure when the game is coming out.

Gotham Knights is an upcoming open-world, ARPG title that is set to release on October 25 this year. For those of you who are unaware, this game is based in Gotham (as the name clearly indicates), and, revolves around popular supporting allies of Batman. This includes  Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl, and Red Hood. In this game, Batman has passed away, and that has caused chaos in Gotham as you might expect. This game would have various of the classic Batman villains such as The Penguin, and Mr. Freeze. Furthermore, the Court of Owls will play a major role as well.
