With the recent announcement of Twitchcon's dates and locations, hype among fans is getting huge. However, it's surprising enough to know that Twitch streamer Mizkif is unwilling to attend Twitchcon as he fears he will be flocked by fans at the event.

After the cancellation of Twitchcon for the past two years due to global health issues relating to the pandemic, Twitch has finally revealed that they are going to organise an in-person event, one will be held in Europe and the other one in North America. The event in Amsterdam is scheduled for July 16 and 17, while the event will be back in San Diego from Oct. 7 to 9, 2022.

Apart from fun events, online rival tournaments, the primary attraction of Twitchcon is fans get to meet their favorite streamers. Prominent Twitch stars usually attract huge crowds, with many getting overwhelmed by it. Such is the case with Mizkif who is concerned about having to meet a legion of fans and recalls how xQc was bombarded with fans back in 2019's Twitchcon.

Mizkif explained his worries and said, “Idk man. It just seems like Twitchcon North America is just not the move. Last time, I was with (xQc) and he was getting bombarded with people left and right. All the time he was getting bombarded with people." “It was annoying. It wasn’t a fun time, it was just f**kin annoying," he continued.

Mizkif further stated how xQc and his numbers have grown since the 2019 Twitchcon, which points at more fans eager to meet them this time. “You realize that if I go live at Twitchcon, I’ll probably have 100k, and if he goes live, he’ll probably have 200-300k? That growth has happened over the last few years. I’m personally ‘scared’ of the number of people that are going to be coming up to me.”

However, the streamer would change his views on attending Twitchcon if he is being provided with security as it will make him more comfortable. Let's wait to see if Mizkif's fans get to see him in-person this time.
