The addition of the 22-year-old young gun is the first step in Team Liquid's rebuilding process ahead of the competitive season in 2022.

Team Liquid has announced that Joshua "oSee" Ohm would join the team's CS:GO lineup in time for the 2022 season. oSee had previously played for Cloud9 and Extra Salt, but will now begin his career with one of North America's most successful teams.

oSee was a member of the Extra Salt roster in 2021, which dominated NA during the internet period. oSee established himself as one of NA's most promising players with first-place finishes in the Dreamhack Open and ESEA. Despite not being able to compete in Europe, where the bulk of teams have competed, oSee had a fantastic year following C9's demise.

Tea Liquid has begun the process of rebuilding with this shift. Stewie2K, as well as the more recent arrivals Grim and FalleN, are all slated to leave the squad. Stewie2K is anticipated to join Evil Geniuses, but FalleN and Grim's fates remain unknown.

Early on, rumors circulated that oSee would be joining the lineup as the primary AWPer, a position that TL failed to fill throughout 2021. Shox's likely move to the North American squad following his departure from Vitality is another rumor that has yet to be confirmed. Team Liquid's roster currently consists of EliGe, NAF, and open, with two openings.

Despite an excellent performance against some of the finest teams in the world, Team Liquid's 2021 season came to an abrupt end. Team Liquid will return in 2022 after completing out its roster, hoping to re-energize its squad with an influx of up-and-coming talent.
