Na'Vi beats Gambit Esports to claim the BLAST Premier: World Final

The Natus Vincere reign of terror continues, as the CIS team upset both Vitality and Gambit to win the lower bracket title.

Na'Vi won their third consecutive championship after being knocked into the lower bracket in the first round.The BLAST Premier World Finals trophy will now be added to the CIS squad's already impressive collection. After defeating both traditional opponents Team Vitality and regional rivals in Gambit, it appears that Na'Vi's CS:GO 'period' will continue.

In the lower bracket final, Na'Vi swept Vitality to progress to the grand finals. On Mirage, Gambit took the lead with a great start (16-11). Ax1Le and Nafany's efforts gave Gambit a comfortable advantage for most of the map, but Gambit's lead was shortly equalized.

Natus Vincere defeated Gambit on Ancient (16-11)  as S1mple dominated the game. Inferno, the most significant game of the series, concluded in a 16-6 landslide for Na'Vi. S1mple finished the tournament as the MVP, with 77 frags, 103 ADR, and a 1.63 overall rating.

S1mple was also named BLAST Premier World Final MVP in addition to winning the title. With a.90 KPR, a 79.1% KAST, and a 1.42 average rating, he is already one of the most decorated players in CS:GO. S1mple, who is currently at the top of the CS:GO world, has arguably led his squad more than ever in his peak.
