Another year of the esports awards has come to an end, with some big names taking home trophies to round off the year. After just winning his first CS:GO Major, Oleksandr's1mple' Kostyliev of Natus Vincere was named PC player of the year. Call of Duty player Chris "Simp" Lehr of Atlanta FaZe won the controller award after leading Atlanta FaZe to first place in the CDL Championship 2021. Atlanta FaZe was named Team of the Year, and 100 Thieves was named Organization of the Year.

In the On-Air awards, Eefje "sjokz" Depoortere received Host of the Year for the second time, after winning it in 2020. Miles Ross, who is most known for his work on Call of Duty, earned the play-by-play caster award, while Chad 'SPUNJ' Burchill was named Color Caster of the Year. Finally, Analyst of the Year went to Marc Robert 'Caedral' Lamont, who made the transition from professional gaming (League of Legends) to casting and analysis.
