Battlefield 2042 beta just wrapped around some time back. DICE has taken a lot of feedback from the various players who participated in these beta tests. It seems that DICE is going to use all this feedback and make the necessary changes to ensure that the game delivers optimal experience, and just what the players would expect from the latest and greatest Battlefield game once it gets fully released. There were also various features that were not available in the beta, or not fully implemented in the beta that would be properly done with the release of the full game. You can check out the official statement from DICE regarding this by clicking here.

Another important addition is that of the Specialists. Just as the name suggests, these are specialized soldiers with unique load-outs, and abilities. Some have offensive abilities, some have support abilities, etc. In total, there are five different specialists. Now talking of the changes that will be there in the full release, there will be an increase in the number of tanks available in Conquest on the Orbital from 4 to 8. Then there are also going to be changes in regards to the movement of the players with the additional of strafe input to sliding, and adding the ability to vault on moving objects, and also toning down jump spamming. Then, there s the addition of a nearby grenade indicator. There are also the shortening of entry/exit animations and even removal of some. This will allow for a more seamless experience. And, there is also a fix regarding the elevator doors behavior.

Then there are also going to be major changes in the User Interface of the game. Various features of the UI were not made available as they were not fully working, or had some bugs. But, they have been fixed now and will be there in the main game. Big Map is another such thing that was not available in the beta, however, will be after the release. The same goes for the Commorose. Commorose will be there in the main game and will make communicating with your team a lot more seamless, and hassle-free. Even the ping system has been made more refined. The space taken on the screen by the Critical Alert messaging has also been reduced as per the player feedback. Then, you also have new Colorblind settings, better Kill log readability. The Heads Up Display has been moved to the right side of the screen. And, support roles have been made more rewarding with the addition of new, unique accolades.

Other than all of this, there are a lot of other things that DICE talked about. To read it all, we recommend checking out their official blog by clicking here.
