In August we talked about how it seems very likely that we are soon getting remasters, or redefined editions of three of the older GTA titles that include GTA Vice City, San Andreas, and GTA III. Personally speaking, I have played all these three games as a child, and I believe most that grew up playing GTA games have definitely played these as well. And, in a way, these are the most popular GTA games of their generation. And, now after decades, we are going to get a remastered trilogy for these three. However, back then, we knew that the game won’t be coming to PC initially. But, now it seems that it will also be coming to PC along with other platforms on this very year itself.

So, yes, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is indeed coming to Pc this year itself. This release is happening alongside PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and Nintendo Switch. However, something to note here is that it will only be available in the Rockstar Games Launcher for PC. Furthermore, the original games would also be removed from Steam and other platforms. This delisting will take place for consoles as well. The delisting for the original games would be starting from October 11, which is just a day away. So, if you want to keep those games, then you can install them now. But, if you do not do it now, then you cannot do it via these platforms later down the line.

Currently, details are scarce when it comes to  Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition. However, what we do know for sure is that we are definitely getting updated, and modern graphics and visuals. So, once this gets released, it would be like enjoying these classics with modern visuals. That is something fans of the series like me would definitely appreciate. Also, according to Rockstar, these games will have modern, and updated graphics, but would still maintain the classic look and feel that the original games had.
