Rust is a game that many of you should be familiar with. For those of you who are unaware, Rust is an open world survival sandbox game. It is a very fun game to play in co-op with multiple friends as there is a lot to do in the game, and it is always fun to do that with more friends now, is it not? Anyway, it seems that Rust is soon going to get something quite significant in its upcoming update this month, or rather this week. On Thursday this week, a new update is dropping for Rust which is going to add the mission system to the game. Once this new mission system is added, it will be a lot like games such as Skyrim, where players will be going to various NPCs that would be providing them with various missions, or quests. And, upon completion of these quests, or missions, they would be rewarded accordingly.

These NPCs that provide quests would be available at most safe zones, and their tasks are quite diverse. It can range from things such as catching fish, or harvesting lumber to even hunting sharks and discovering hidden treasures, according to Facepunch Studios. However, you can only have one mission at a time, and they are repeatable. So, if you enjoy doing one, or maybe the rewards for that. Then, you can do it repeatedly. Talking of rewards, these come in the form of scrap metal, and treasure boxes. According to Facepunch Studios, it is pretty basic currently. And, later down the line, this mission system will be expanded vastly. Currently, these new missions are only available for solo play. However, co-op missions, and even PvP missions are in the making currently. So, if you are someone who enjoy the co-op, or PvP aspect more, then you will be having to wait a little longer. PvP missions would include things such as delivery, ambush, bounty hunting, etc.

Other than the missions, there is also a new vehicle in the game, the camper van. The best part about this vehicle is that it can also serve as a spawn point for the players. As for what you would need to craft this vehicle, here are the requirements: Tier 2 workbench, 175 metal frags, and 125 wood. Halloween is just a few weeks away, so we should be getting some new fun, spooky stuff for that event too. However, currently we do not know anything about it, so there is that.
