Exclusive Pro Driver Daniel Abt cheats by hiring Pro Player in a Formula E esports tournament
Gaming and sports industry has been badly affected by the Pandemic mass attack. COVID 19 has taken a
toll on the entire world. Life is now stuck in four walls. Esports is the only sports played nowadays.
 Numerous sports companies are improvising and organizing leading game tournaments, like, NBA is
organizing a charity 2K tournament with the professional NBA stars or EPL is organizing a FIFA 20
tournament and even the motorsports are jumped in to take over the market.
Unfortunately, some unlikely events have shocked the industry. Recently, the leading professional
driver, drives Audi, Daniel Abt is found cheating at the Formula E Organization. The incident way, instead
of him another professional gamer and sim racer Lorenz Hoerzing was driving. This brought the news in
headlines.
 As per the BBC, ex-F1 driver Stoffel Vandoorne named Belgian stood first in the race. It became
somehow suspicious when Daniel Abt played without even turning on his camera. As per The Race, once
the event was over, the organizers of the Formula E tournament, Race At Home tried to crosscheck the
referenced his IP address provided by him. Further, they found out that it cannot be Daniel Abt who was
at the wheel.
It is even reported that Daniel Abt apologized by saying: “I would like to apologize to Formula E, all of
the fans, my team and my fellow drivers for having called in outside help during the race on Saturday.”
Daniel further added, “I didn’t take it as seriously as I should have. I’m especially sorry about this
because I know how much work has gone into this project on the part of the Formula E organization. I
am aware that my offence has a bitter aftertaste, but it was never meant with any bad intention. Of
course, I accept the disqualification from the race. In addition, I will donate 10,000 Euros to a charitable
project.” 
Reportedly the Audi drove the disguised driver is suspended too. The integrity, transparency and
consistency of the applicable rules have been denied by the players which straightaway shows his
disrespect towards the project on the part of the Formula E organization.  On this note, Daniel Abt has
been suspended from the Audi sports on a long term basis.
